Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Leading the technical strategy and solution development for complex managed services opportunities, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will collaborate with various teams to design innovative, scalable technology solutions that align with client business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead solution development for enterprise managed services opportunities and translate client business objectives into effective technology solutions
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales lifecycle, presenting solution recommendations to both technical teams and executive leadership
- Develop technical proposal content and lead client workshops, ensuring proposed solutions transition successfully into operational delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT services, managed services, or solution architecture
- Experience designing complex managed service solutions and supporting large enterprise sales pursuits
- Strong financial acumen, including solution costing and pricing
- Preferred experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and ITIL certification
