Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To design and implement human-in-the-loop data systems for frontier AI labs and enterprise ML teams, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will translate complex AI use cases into actionable data workflows, build quality frameworks, and ensure effective execution in production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous frontier AI use cases into scoped, buildable data workflows and design end-to-end workflows covering task schemas and quality frameworks
• Build quality frameworks and design evaluation approaches for subjective tasks, contributing to red teaming and adversarial testing
• Analyze datasets, validate outputs, and prototype task designs while collaborating with delivery teams throughout the pilot and production phases

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML data systems or human-in-the-loop environments, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong Python skills for analyzing datasets and prototyping workflows
• Experience with unstructured and multimodal data, including text, image, audio, and video
• Understanding of AI/ML operations, particularly evaluation and fine-tuning
• Experience with GenAI data programs, including SFT and red teaming
