Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Solutions Architect to partner with customers and channel partners in designing cloud storage solutions, providing technical support throughout the sales process, and troubleshooting complex issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and design tailored cloud storage solutions
- Act as a technical resource during the sales process, delivering product demonstrations and conducting customer workshops
- Troubleshoot and resolve storage, networking, and integration issues while coordinating with various internal teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical role
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, particularly with object storage technologies
- Strong understanding of S3 APIs and networking concepts including TCP/IP and HTTP/HTTPS
- Experience presenting technical solutions clearly to customers and partners
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
