Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Solutions Architect, the successful candidate will lead technical implementations of Airbyte solutions, engage directly with clients to tailor solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success, all while working remotely from New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute customer technical projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices
• Engage with clients' technical teams to understand their needs and manage technical success through collaboration with internal teams
• Advocate for customer requirements and influence product development by partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architect or professional services engineer
• 2+ years of experience in a startup environment related to modern data infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and exposure to AI agent frameworks
• Proven track record of supporting products that enhance business productivity
• Exceptional customer orientation with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
