Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will lead technical implementations and custom solution engineering for Enterprise clients, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing value from the DX product.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive all technical aspects of the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding and system architecture
- Conduct technical deep-dive sessions to align the DX platform with customers' long-term engineering goals and existing workflows
- Design tailored technical solutions and integrations to meet unique business requirements of clients
Required qualifications
- Exposure to programming languages such as Ruby/Rails or Python, with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services
- Experience with version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI
- Familiarity with SQL, preferably Postgres, for analytical solutioning
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies
- Extensive experience leading technical workshops and executive-level discussions
