Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect in a remote, full-time role, the candidate will design scalable, high-performance solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on core IT modules and integrating emerging AI technologies to drive business value across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet business requirements, focusing primarily on ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and APM
- Lead the architectural design for integrating AI capabilities, including Now Assist and the custom virtual assistant Otto, to enhance user experience
- Design and guide the implementation of scalable Employee Workflows to streamline services for HR and employee onboarding
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong background in ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and APM modules
- Experience with AI integration and automation processes
- Ability to document technical designs and architecture maps effectively
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs
