Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing biopharmaceutical company, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will partner with business teams to design and deploy cohesive systems and workflows, ensuring they interoperate effectively while adhering to established standards, either in Cambridge or remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to map workflows, identify friction points, and design cohesive future-state systems
- Own the architecture, workflow design, and data management for delivered systems, ensuring integration with the broader technology landscape
- Coordinate delivery across internal technology teams and external vendors, focusing on designing interconnected systems rather than isolated solutions
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in designing and deploying cross-functional business systems and workflows end to end
- Bachelor's degree in computer systems or a related field is a plus
- Strong systems thinking and data-architecture skills
- Proven ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to elicit needs and drive alignment
- Experience working within established standards set by infrastructure, engineering, and security functions
