Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing Professional Services team, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will lead customer engagements, guide strategic AI Ops projects, and provide technical expertise to enterprise clients in a remote capacity based in the United Kingdom.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and value realization
- Guide strategic customers in implementing transformational AI Ops projects, including end-to-end design and deployment
- Consult on AI Ops project engagements and provide escalated support for complex operational and architectural issues
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in post-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or professional services roles
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms
- Strong architecture and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments
- Experience with technical project delivery, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Comfortable writing code in either Python or Node.js for integrations and troubleshooting
