Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, focusing on designing modern insurance solutions across policy administration, claims, underwriting, and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale P&C insurance platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Architect customer-facing applications to enhance customer acquisition and servicing experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Solution Architecture roles
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry experience required
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience in Java-based Full Stack Development and cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure
