Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support cutting-edge AI initiatives, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will design and implement human-in-the-loop data systems for enterprise ML teams, focusing on quality frameworks and data specifications while collaborating across pre-sales and solution design efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Translate AI use cases into scoped data workflows and design end-to-end processes covering task schemas and quality frameworks
• Build quality frameworks and evaluation approaches for complex, high-ambiguity tasks, contributing to red teaming efforts
• Analyze datasets and prototype workflows using Python while partnering with delivery teams to ensure effective implementation

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML data systems or human-in-the-loop environments, or an advanced degree with relevant experience
• Proficiency in Python and experience with unstructured and multimodal data types
• Strong understanding of AI/ML operations, particularly in evaluation and agentic deployments
• Experience with Generative AI data programs, including SFT and red teaming
• Client-facing experience in a technical role
