Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale AI-Driven SDLC offerings for the BFSI sector, including capability development
• Design and oversee enterprise AI-enabled SDLC platforms, ensuring compliance with BFSI regulations
• Provide executive-level solution architecture and delivery oversight across BFSI engagements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform delivery, or technology consulting
• 5+ years in senior leadership or practice management roles
• 3+ years of presales/solution architecture experience with documented success in BFSI deals
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• Deep knowledge of modern SDLC, DevOps, cloud platforms, and AI/ML technologies
