Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Solutions Architect HRIS - remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Workday Talent, Performance, and Compensation
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery, including requirements definition, solution design, testing, and optimization
  • Manage Workday releases and upgrades, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy requirements


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in developing business requirements and deploying technologies
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in developing and coaching technical or operational teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or related technical fields
  • Proven track record in managing a full-cycle Workday Advance Compensation, Talent, and Performance Review Program
