Senior Solutions Architect II

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Solutions Architect II will support high-value customers by providing technical expertise in cloud infrastructure and AI/ML, performing architecture reviews, and guiding clients through their cloud journey to optimize their business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in DigitalOcean's product portfolio and the evolving cloud landscape, particularly in AI/ML platforms
• Advocate for customers by providing feedback to product teams and assisting with onboarding and technical challenges
• Conduct technical consultation sessions and workshops to empower customers in managing their cloud infrastructure

Required qualifications

• Proven professional experience with cloud infrastructure and AI/ML platforms
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and familiarity with platforms like Hugging Face
• Experience deploying and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models
• Deep knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and GPU optimization techniques
• Hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications and technical consulting roles focused on cloud solutions
