Senior Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales on strategic opportunities and lead product demonstrations related to quality measurement and Star Ratings solutions
• Develop technical content for RFP responses and support implementation scoping for complex engagements
• Capture customer feedback and communicate market trends to Product Management while maintaining expertise in HEDIS measures and CMS Star Ratings methodology

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare quality measurement, HEDIS operations, or Star Ratings improvement
• Deep knowledge of NCQA HEDIS measures and CMS Medicare Star Ratings methodology
• Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles in healthcare technology
• Strong presentation skills for engaging executive and technical audiences
