Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in client-facing roles in SaaS, preferably in fintech, accounting, or ERP software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
• Expertise in software integrations or accounting/procurement software
• Strong technical aptitude to understand complex software solutions and APIs
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles in the SaaS industry
