Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with internal resources to understand client needs and recommend aligned solutions
• Develop and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements, including functionality, cost, and compliance
• Support various internal teams throughout the sales cycle, including sales and proposal management

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Plastic Manufacturing & Personalization operations and related systems
• 8+ years of relevant educational, work, or military experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Knowledge of industry operations and related systems
• Strong experience in relationship building with internal and external partners
