Senior Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant, Payer Operations & Provider RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives during the sales cycle to lead discovery and support ROI calculations
• Become a trusted advisor to operational stakeholders across provider revenue cycle and payer workflows
• Support deployment teams post-sale with workflow design, implementation planning, and customer conversations

Required Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation consulting, or similar roles in healthcare or enterprise software
• Deep knowledge of provider revenue cycle management and/or payer operational workflows
• Experience with workflows such as prior authorization, claims, and utilization management
• Ability to work in both pre-sales and post-sales environments effectively
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex workflows into clear implementation plans
