Job Summary

Senior Solutions Consultant is a full-time role that involves shaping complex, high-stakes deals and driving customer success through technical and strategic advisory across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical and business discovery to align solutions with customer ROI and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and navigate buying committees
  • Design and execute POC trials to validate business impact and facilitate smooth onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in presales with experience in complex SaaS deals
  • 4+ years of experience selling to enterprise-level accounts
  • Proven ability to lead technical solution validation with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience with integration-heavy customer lifecycles and sales tech stack
  • Strong executive-level communication skills for presenting to VP- and C-level stakeholders
