Senior Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Transforming complex challenges into user-focused solutions, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant will empower organizations to streamline operations and drive efficiency through strategic consulting, solution architecture, and process improvement while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers on ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps operating models, crafting future-state processes aligned with business goals
• Design and implement tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly into customers' existing environments, ensuring scalability and security
• Assess business workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, business analysis, or solution architecture
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and travel occasionally for client engagements
