Senior Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Senior Solutions Consultant, the candidate will lead discovery and technical demonstration activities, analyze customer experiences, and develop actionable plans to enhance digital services for government agencies while mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and technical demonstrations to understand customer needs and goals
• Develop strategies and artifacts such as personas and journey maps to improve customer experiences
• Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, providing consultative guidance to agencies

Required qualifications

• Experience in a consultative sales or solutions consulting role, preferably in the technology sector
• Strong understanding of digital solutions and public sector needs
• Ability to conduct technical scoping conversations and respond to RFIs/RFPs
• Proven mentoring skills and experience in developing team capabilities
• Familiarity with user-centered design and systems-thinking approaches
