Senior Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support automotive-focused customer accounts, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant will provide presales technical leadership, manage customer relationships, and ensure alignment of PTC solutions with client needs while working remotely from the Detroit Metro Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for automotive customer accounts, aligning PTC solutions to industry-specific needs
• Qualify and validate technical requirements, leading tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
• Manage customer relationships, advocating for their interests and addressing issues to maintain satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in the automotive industry with understanding of key concepts and terminology
• Experience supporting automotive OEMs and/or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers preferred
• 8+ years of experience as a technical SME for enterprise software solutions
• Knowledge of enterprise software implementation and governance
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
