Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant will articulate the value of Pega's agentic AI platform, lead discovery sessions and executive presentations, and build trusted relationships with clients to drive measurable business outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Articulate the value of Pega's technology, explaining how it drives business outcomes through AI and automation
  • Lead value-focused discovery sessions and executive presentations to advance sales opportunities
  • Build relationships within client organizations to identify challenges and guide them toward impactful solutions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or client-facing technical presales roles within enterprise software
  • Experience in partnering with sales teams to shape deal strategy and customer narratives
  • Proven success in leading client presentations and influencing buying decisions through a consultative approach
  • Strong understanding of automation, AI, decisioning, and workflow in an enterprise context
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear solution approaches and architectures
