Job Summary

Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the Outreach platform, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant will collaborate with Sales to identify customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure effective communication of client requirements, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Outreach platform and advise customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify customer business processes and opportunities through in-depth discovery
  • Participate in product demonstrations that highlight the business value of Outreach's solutions
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting
  • Strong ability to translate customer use cases and business goals into value-based solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Inquisitive problem-solving mindset with a focus on uncovering pain points
  • Proven track record of supporting sales cycles and improving win rates
