Job Summary
Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the Outreach platform, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant will collaborate with Sales to identify customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure effective communication of client requirements, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on the Outreach platform and advise customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with Sales to identify customer business processes and opportunities through in-depth discovery
- Participate in product demonstrations that highlight the business value of Outreach's solutions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting
- Strong ability to translate customer use cases and business goals into value-based solutions
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Inquisitive problem-solving mindset with a focus on uncovering pain points
- Proven track record of supporting sales cycles and improving win rates
