Senior Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Driving complex sales cycles within the supply chain execution software market, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant will serve as the primary technical authority, partnering with Account Executives to engage VP and C-suite stakeholders and deliver tailored solution presentations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements analysis to understand client supply chain operations and technology environments
• Design and deliver customized solution presentations and demonstrations showcasing platform capabilities
• Advise on technical responses for RFPs and contribute to competitive positioning and win strategy

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within software, preferably in supply chain execution
• Functional knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and adjacent domains like Order Management (OMS) and Transportation Management (TMS)
• Expertise in cloud and SaaS architecture, enterprise integration design, and connectivity patterns
• Proven ability to engage with VP and C-suite stakeholders, translating technical complexity into business value
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science/Technology, or a related field preferred
