Senior Solutions Consultant, PLM

Job Summary

To support pre-sales activities and ensure smooth transitions to implementation, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant, PLM will engage with customers to validate technical requirements, manage relationships, and provide technical leadership while working remotely from Eastern or Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and validate technical requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs through tailored demonstrations and evaluations
• Manage customer relationships, advocating for their interests and addressing issues to maintain high satisfaction
• Lead technical validation in sales opportunities, demonstrating product knowledge to drive successful engagements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a technical SME supporting enterprise PLM software
• Knowledge of enterprise software implementation and governance
• Familiarity with product development, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and service processes
• Preferred experience with PTC solutions
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
