Senior Solutions Consultant, PLM

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant, PLM will provide presales technical leadership, manage customer relationships, and drive adoption of PTC solutions while working remotely from Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and validate technical requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs through tailored demonstrations and evaluations
• Manage customer relationships, advocating for their interests and addressing issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Lead technical validation for sales opportunities, demonstrating product knowledge and industry expertise to drive successful engagements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a technical SME supporting enterprise PLM software
• Knowledge of enterprise software, implementation, and governance
• Desirable experience in product development, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and service processes
• Preferred knowledge and experience with PTC solutions
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
