Senior Solutions Consultant, PLM

Job Summary

To support pre-sales activities and ensure seamless transitions to implementation, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant, PLM will engage with customers to validate technical requirements, manage relationships, and provide technical leadership while working remotely from Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and validate technical requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs through tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
• Manage customer relationships, advocating for their interests and addressing issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Lead technical validation for sales opportunities, leveraging product knowledge and industry expertise to drive successful engagements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a technical SME supporting enterprise PLM software
• Knowledge of enterprise software, implementation, and governance
• Desirable knowledge of product development, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and service processes
• Preferred experience with PTC solutions
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
