Senior Solutions Consultant, PLM

Job Summary

To support a growing practice in the automotive and medical technology sectors, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant, PLM will manage presales technical leadership, ensuring alignment of PTC's solutions with customer needs while facilitating smooth transitions to implementation in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and validate technical requirements, leading tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for customers
• Manage customer relationships, advocating for their interests and addressing issues to maintain satisfaction
• Lead technical validation aspects of sales opportunities, demonstrating product knowledge and industry expertise

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a technical SME supporting enterprise PLM software
• 8+ years in the Automotive or Medical Technology industries
• Knowledge of enterprise software, implementation, and governance
• Experience with product development, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and service processes
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
