Senior Solutions Delivery Engineer

Job Summary

Guiding customers through onboarding, migration, and optimization of Sonatype products, the full-time Senior Solutions Delivery Engineer will provide delivery leadership, support engagement quality, and mentor peers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Sonatype service offerings in alignment with defined scope and success criteria, including implementation and customer guidance
• Act as a point of escalation for complex engagements, guiding resolution while adhering to service scope
• Support and mentor other Solutions Delivery Engineers through delivery reviews and knowledge sharing

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship
• At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or software delivery
• Knowledge of repository management, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Ability to work with Groovy, Bash, Python, Helm, or YAML as needed
• Demonstrated experience providing delivery leadership or escalation support within a team-based environment
