Senior Solutions Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end implementation of technology and business solutions, the fully remote Senior Solutions Delivery Manager will oversee project lifecycles, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive quality assurance while optimizing business value and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycles, including planning, execution, testing, and post-implementation support
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Leverage quality assurance expertise to establish rigorous testing protocols and identify project risks early

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a software or technology environment
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a Solutions Delivery Manager role or equivalent project/program management position
• Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-level implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies
