Senior Solutions Design Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Senior Solutions Design Consultant will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, focusing on defining, designing, and implementing customer-centric digital and marketing technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions and workshops across business, product, marketing, analytics, architecture, and engineering teams
• Build strong partnerships with business and IT stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery objectives
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, use cases, and requirements artifacts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in Solution Consulting or Technology Consulting roles
• Experience implementing or supporting Consumer Data Platforms (CDP) or Marketing Technology ecosystems
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven analytical and technical skills with a strong delivery discipline
