Senior Solutions Design Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Solutions Design Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding client needs and collaborating with industry vertical and BD teams
• Creating opportunity summarizations and assisting in qualifying opportunities
• Engaging in client discovery sessions, leading specific streams for the solution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above preferred, or relevant work experience
• 10+ years of professional experience in sales and business development
• Experience in BPO or services company highly preferred
• Knowledge of business processes and ability to align solutions with business goals
• Project management skills to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously
