Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer - Merchant Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex pre-sales engagements, translating business needs into scalable solutions on payments APIs/SDKs
- Configure and deliver technical demos/POCs to influence multi-stakeholder decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate solution insights into product feedback and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience or HS/GED and 7 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in API integrations (JSON), HTML, CSS
- Proven enterprise demo/POC ownership and executive communication
- 4-6 years in Solutions/Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting preferred
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes
