Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a high-growth team, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to deliver technical presentations, support sales efforts, and provide feedback to product teams while leveraging their technical expertise in open-source technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Own technical engagement with customers to close high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Proactively communicate customer feedback to internal teams and drive product conversations

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with open-source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills in a startup environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for articulating value propositions
• Technical mindset with a passion for solving challenges and providing creative solutions
• Self-motivated and initiative-driven, with a desire for continuous technical growth
