Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical pre-sales calls with prospective customers, demonstrate product capabilities, and advise on server architectures
• Act as the voice of the customer to other teams, especially product management and engineering
• Lead various projects such as writing documentation, working on data science infrastructure, and creating public webinars

Qualifications:

• Exposure to data science and interest in server infrastructure and architecture
• Ability to work directly with customers and prospects in sales cycles
• Demonstrated hunger and humility with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Prior experience in technical pre-sales customer calls and speaking fluently about enterprise infrastructure
• Understanding of Posit's Pro Products and the ability to influence product direction
