Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialty Solutions Engineer - ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation with customers
Consult with customers to understand their needs and evangelize the ServiceNow platform's business value
Architect solutions on the ServiceNow platform and demonstrate its features to customers

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience as a solution/sales engineer or consultant for a software company
Strong functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules
ITIL Foundations v3 or higher certification and/or working knowledge of ITIL concepts
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
College degree (or equivalent experience) in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related discipline
