Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating project milestones with project management, clients, and internal service teams
• Lead the development and documentation of project deployment standards while ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
• Collaborate with co-workers as a technical resource to resolve issues and serve as a mentor to Professional Services resources

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or a computer-related field or equivalent education/experience
• Must have or complete certifications such as AZ-305, CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or equivalent within 180 days of employment
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with 1.5-2 years as a Solutions Engineer preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts
