Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Partner Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical escalation point for the Partner Success team, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex partner issues
Develop and propose effective technical solutions, workarounds, and best practices to address partner needs
Engage directly with partners' technical teams to understand their requirements and provide guidance and support

Required Qualifications

5+ years in a technical, partner- or customer-facing role
Strong understanding of core web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST, JSON/XML, DNS, etc.)
Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience mentoring others and contributing to technical documentation
