Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to design and build a self-service experience for enterprise file transfer and API management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a self-service portal and API for managing enterprise file transfer requests
• Analyze and optimize current manual file transfer processes for automation and efficiency
• Produce comprehensive documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for effective ongoing management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered
• 5+ years of experience in software development, solutions architecture, or full-stack engineering
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) and frameworks
• Experience with enterprise file transfer solutions and their automation
• US Citizenship required
