Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement in pre-sales opportunities and build trusted advisor relationships with customer technical teams
• Understand and position solutions in the context of customer goals, highlighting technical differentiators
• Stay updated on product knowledge and drive business and sales outcomes to achieve revenue goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise Customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity
• Experience with an Enterprise sales cycle and understanding deal dynamics
• Ability to collaborate with prospects, channel partners, and sales teams
• Technically minded with familiarity in Collaboration, Scaled Agile, ITSM, or DevOps solution spaces
• Proficiency in English and a South East Asian language is mandatory
