Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead demos and support technical evaluations for the platform, ensuring value realization and positive ROI
• Build and execute POC plans, managing scopes, expectations, and timelines while acting as the main contact for inquiries
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer, providing insights for product improvements and contributing to product documentation

Required Qualifications

• Background in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Implementation/Management Consulting
• Experience in delivering complex enterprise software/SaaS solutions aligned with customer business initiatives
• Proven track record in scoping and managing pilots and production implementations
• Empathy and product intuition for interpreting feedback and collaborating across functions
• Desire to continuously learn about the platform and advancements in Intelligent Automation
