Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to work on a range of technical challenges for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales technical process and demonstrating technology to customers
• Manage the technical proposal process, ensuring accuracy in addressing customer requirements
• Lead sales activities such as Technical Demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to maximize customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in a customer-facing or consulting role in technical presales/sales engineering/post-sales
• Understanding of internet technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), and APIs
• Experience or interest in DevOps, Media, or Internet Security
• Ability to collaborate and prioritize in a fast-changing environment
