Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer, Product Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners and customers during integration, launch, and go-live
• Provide post-launch technical support and troubleshoot integration issues in collaboration with Product and Engineering
• Design the Solutions Engineering function and establish best practices for scalable launches and integrations

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Partnerships
• Hands-on experience with API-first or platform products
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and system integrations
• Proven experience owning technical launches and integrations end-to-end
• Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and define structure
