Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and qualify new opportunities
• Conduct technical presentations and design customized solutions leveraging ServiceNow products
• Lead technical discussions and conduct proof of concept testing to demonstrate solution value

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or similar technical sales role, preferably in software
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutions and understanding of use cases
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and core platform capabilities
• Technical capabilities in Cloud Engineering/SRE and Application Development/SDLC
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
