Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who has supported complex, API-first products and can independently run detailed technical conversations with startup and enterprise engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical calls and explain API, authentication models, and integration patterns
• Own onboarding through early integration and partner with customer engineers for successful API calls
• Translate recurring customer blockers into structured feedback for Product and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer on a technical B2B product
• Supported an API-first platform with knowledge of authentication and integration trade-offs
• Independently led technical pre-sales conversations with startup and enterprise customers
• Experience onboarding customers from kickoff through implementation and production launch
• Handled security and compliance work with customers, including HIPAA and SOC 2
