Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise AI & CX (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype AI-driven customer experience solutions, translating business logic into structured frameworks
• Lead technical discovery sessions and document architecture and data requirements
• Partner with account executives to shape technical strategy and influence enterprise stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer experience or contact center technology
• Hands-on experience building AI-driven applications using large language models
• Strong Python proficiency including API client development and data normalization
• Working knowledge of cloud architecture patterns and enterprise SaaS integrations
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments with a builder mindset
