Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business through project modeling, analysis, and customer support
• Design and evaluate complex distributed energy resource solutions for large commercial and industrial customers
• Provide insights and recommendations across cross-functional project teams and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; MS preferred
• 8+ years of related experience, including 6+ years in a technical customer-facing role
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in financial modeling for distributed energy projects
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently while mentoring others
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
