Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements with enterprise API customers and act as the primary engineering counterpart
• Translate customer requirements into product improvements and contribute code to core API services
• Diagnose integration and performance issues in customer environments and resolve them hands-on

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production-quality code experience
• 3-5+ years of experience building production-grade APIs in Python
• 3-5+ years of experience shipping production applications with AWS
• Deep understanding of modern AI systems and their integration into production systems
• Ability to design and interpret evaluation metrics and benchmarks
