Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity with mid-market/enterprise customers
• Experience selling ITSM solutions for managing and delivering IT services
• Ability to interpret complex business problems and collaborate on value-based solutions
• Comfortable in both business and technical contexts, engaging with executives and technical audiences
• Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record in building executive relationships
