Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to manage customer integrations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during onboarding and ongoing support
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with various teams to drive adoption
Build, configure, and test integrations with external systems while troubleshooting and resolving any issues

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with complex implementations for large enterprise customers, specifically in AI/SaaS
Experience with CCaaS, UCaaS, and/or AI Voice Agents
Solid understanding of HTTPS-based integrations, including REST and GraphQL APIs
Familiarity with at least one programming language, preferably TypeScript
Experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, and AWS
